Such as this...&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;"but it means less of other crops, such as soybeans and wheat, driving up their prices."&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I agree that soybean acres planted in 2007 went down in favor of corn acreage, but wheat didn't. Where is the proof? &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;You would think that a professor would only report facts not rehash common misconceptions.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;And him pointing to the political action taken by Gov Perry of Texas as proof of his point. Give me a break. All that proves is that Texas wants to eliminate the competition for two large industries in their state, the livestock and oil industries.
